01 Who we are

REL India is the trading name of Rani Electrodes Limited (“REL”, “we”), Haryana, India. For this website we decide why and how personal data is used, so under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary.

02 What we collect

Only what you choose to type into a form on this site: for example your name, company, email, phone number, your message, drawings or files you upload, and — for job applications — your CV. We do not collect anything else about you: no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are used.

03 Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, register you as a supplier, or consider your job application — and for nothing else. We ask for your consent with a tick-box on every form. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

04 Who sees it

The REL team that handles your request (sales, quality, purchase or HR). Where we use a service provider to receive form submissions or store email, it acts only on our instructions. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

05 How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Then it is deleted. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

06 Your rights

You may ask to see a summary of your data, correct or complete it, erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time — write to mktg@relindia.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before it. You can also nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

07 Complaints (grievance)

Write to mktg@relindia.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

08 Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

09 Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it.

10 Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
