About
REL India began in 1991 making welding electrodes. Wire drawing followed, then cold heading quality wire, then — in 2017 — cold forging under our own roof.

How we are organised
Steel comes in at one end; a packed, traceable part leaves at the other — every step owned by REL.

Steel wire rod is pickled, drawn to gauge and spheroidise-annealed in our own bell furnaces — forging-ready wire, made in-house.

Multi-station formers, bolt makers and nut formers shape the wire at room temperature. Every die is designed and made in our own tool room.

In-house nickel and nickel-chrome plating with effluent treatment, approved partner lines for zinc and zinc-flake, and 100% optical sorting.

Barcoded packing and racked storage, with a dedicated container loading dock for direct exports.
