Standard & special Fasteners

Products: Hex Bolts, Flange Bolts, Hex Nuts, Flange Nuts, Weld Nuts
Applications: Used extensively in automotive assemblies, machinery, construction, & general industrial applications for secure fastening, load distribution, & structural integrity. Weld nuts are ideal for permanent fastening on metal panels and frames.

Wheel Fasteners

Products: Wheel Nuts, Wheel Bolts
Applications: Critical components for securing wheels in passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and heavy machinery. Designed to withstand high torque and vibrations, ensuring road safety and vehicle performance.

Engine Bolts

Applications: Engine bolts are used in assembling engine blocks, cylinder heads, manifolds, and other critical engine parts where high temperature and pressure resistance are essential.

Double Ended Studs

Applications: Used in automotive engines, gearboxes, and heavy equipment to join two components securely, allowing easy disassembly and maintenance.

cold forging

At REL India we have multi‑station cold forging machines from 1 die 2 blow to 7 station machines. We are equipped with multiple part formers, headers, bolt formers and nut formers. With these cold forging machines multiple strokes are made on a wire blank converting it into a final product. All machines are equipped with fume extraction devices, load sensors, motorised adjustment systems.
With these machines we can manufacture up to 350 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter.

Machining

At REL India we have modern CNC machine with automatic tool changing system (ATC), Traub machines, SPM machines used for machining the cold forging parts. They are used as per the dimensions required in the product.

Thread Rolling

At REL India we have both flat rolling and circular thread rolling machines. We have more than 25 automatic threading machines all installed with load sensors, crack thread sensors etc. Our highest speed threading machine can make 400 parts in 1 minute.

Surface Treatment

Worried about parts being rusty? We are equipped with automatic plating plant which is SCADA and PLC controlled. We offer all kinds of plating like zinc plating, geomet plating, magni plating, hot dip galvanising, nickel chrome plating, zinc nickel plating.

Optical Sorting Machines

Line stopped because of NG / rejected part? Our optical sorting machines have 12 cameras, making sure each and every part is checked before getting supplied to you. We aim for zero defects (0 PPM) by these machines. Part height, thread presence, number of threads, surface defects, coating defects etc all can be ensured.
No gauge qualified? Gauge not answering? The solution is our 100% gauging machines. You can get your parts 100% gauged from our hi tech machines and eliminate the fear of line stoppage and risk.

Packaging & Warehousing

Looking for secure packaging of fasteners? Our packaging infrastructure & team are trained to meet international shipping standards. We maintain storage to ensure timely deliveries supporting just in time delivery.
We can support customer requirements by kit packaging, pouch packaging, blister packaging, bulk packaging with barcode traceability.
